Being in nature has been shown to promote health and well-being. The Forest Mind Method combines the wellbeing benefits of nature, outdoor activities and mindfulness exercises.
The Forest Mind Walk is suitable for work communities as a theme for a well-being day, as well as for organisations, associations and companies as a recreation day. The walk is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
At the beginning of the walk, we will briefly explain the well-being effects of nature, mind skills and the Metsämieli method.
The aim of the walk is to boost the participants' vitality, resources and joy of being together, and to strengthen their relationship with nature.
The walk is about 1-3 km long and includes stops for easy forest mind exercises. The hike is a great way to enjoy nature with different senses, relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life. During a nice get-together, you can enjoy a snack at the campfire.

The excursion lasts about 2 hours.
